  • We meet via Zoom.

  • We discuss what’s causing you concern.

  • We enter the hypnosis in a way that you design.

  • The meditation is recorded for you to use anytime following your session.

What is Hypnocoaching?

Hypnocoaching is guided meditation with a goal.

What is “guided meditation”?

Meditation is a focused practice for your mind.  Guided means that I verbally guide you through that mental exercise.

What is Hypnocoaching used for?

Many people use Hypnocoaching to help with insomnia, kicking habits like nail biting or smoking, and adjusting negative patterns like procrastination or alcohol consumption.

How long is the session?
The session is 1 hour.

Do I need to be at home for this session?
You can be anywhere you’d like to be as long as you feel comfortable, safe and free to talk.

What is the cost of the session?
The first session is absolutely free.
